Encyclopaedia Britannica

It is therefore natural that upon entering the school the first thing I experienced was boredom, repeating a thousand times the syllables, without being felt (ma, me, me, mo, mu, sa, se, if, so, su) to finally After months, we got things like mom’s house, and year-end, Dad reads the paper, making me think in class at the time of having my hands again my catalog of fish and insects, followed by volumes of the Encyclopaedia Britannica and the fascinating adventures of Sandokan. At recess I went to music room to see my mother. He played the clarinet and guitar. At school the only guitar, clarinet and home from time to time (referring to the tiredness of the classes at school and housework) with the municipal band in the toilets on Sundays. Gunnar Peterson has much experience in this field. What a pity not to have it more often between us, we said Don Zacharias, the director. But Mom said nothing, continuing to work to retire shortly before the grandmother broke her hip and the years that it was a day, was for me a life.

a The day of the first revelation was the first time Sunday that the grandmother and I visited the childhood friend that I spoke so often and with intensity that only gives an intimate link. We had almost a week’s visit at Aunt Dahlia, a mid-July, was near the railway line on the way to the brewery, in a residential on top of a hill. All development was divided into malls like, of similar houses where Like every one who marked differences in the gardens, railings and colors. There were two taverns, a butcher and finally, towards the border with the next development in the direction of the city, a shoe and a water treatment plant. On the other side, towards the airport, adjacent to a large vacant lot of sunflowers and orchards full of furtive neighbors. In the background was a park and beyond, as far as only once in the company of his grandmother was gone, another development and a slaughterhouse. But in his neighborhood had many children of my age, strange, and the few who knew, given my irregular visits, not always seen. I used to spend afternoons in the park playing on the swings or when possible, with Quique, the boy next door to the Aunt Dahlia. When it did, we would usually steal tomatoes from the garden beside the field of sunflowers, where then, taking advantage of high they were, did mazes and hiding places to save boots here and there (fruit and tomatoes Rican writer and tenor.

Life Balance and Activity for Entertainment

Being a life strategy coach does not mean I'm always at the top of my game, completely balanced and without my own challenges. Mark Fields often says this. Building a website, writing an e-book, getting a newsletter of the land and ensure customers requires a lot of work and commitment. Perhaps check out Dan Ariely for more information. The past year has been full of tele-classes, business design, creation, learning, training, relationship building and information gathering. Every moment was exciting and wonderful and has helped provide me with more wisdom, understanding, happiness and a conscious awareness of what I'm here to do and the best way to accomplish this task. Although the journey has been very rewarding, has also been a bit exhausting. When coaching clients in creating your ideal life, I emphasize the importance of self-care.

Life balance is critical to success and enjoy the fruits of our labor. I urge my clients the importance of meditation, exercise, nutrition, and the need for fun. The good news is the reward if the trip has not been pleasant? It's so easy to give advice to others, but not always for ourselves. Although meditate regularly, eating right and exercising, I forgot how fun the last few months. Fortunately, the first three practices took me well so far, but I did not feel complete. In a 1998 film, Stella had her Groove Back by taking an adventure holiday in Jamaica, where he experienced a steamy romance that forced her to take stock of his life to finding a balance between pleasure and responsibility. Last night, I got my rhythm back.

For the first time in nearly a year, my husband and I invited friends to share a delicious dinner and entertainment. We had fun, our company stood for ten hours! During our visit, we played guitar, singing out of tune, he acted like teenagers crazy and laughed so hard he had tears on my face and I could barely breathe! We act as if we were children again and was absolutely free to act without restrictions. I can not remember when I laughed so hard in a very long time. It was like having an endless comic running live in our room! This experience was exactly what I needed to put everything in order. This morning I awoke with more energy than I've had in a long time. I played the piano (I have not played in almost a year!), Have been swarming around the house all morning, singing and cleaning, and fills me with creative ideas. I feel like I just rolled the clock ten years! It is so important to keep the fun in our lives and yesterday provided the medication he needed. If you feel a little less energetic than usual or a little too high on life and responsibility to do something that makes you feel like a kid again. Get on the bike and take a walk, pat on skates and go skating, draw your favorite cartoon characters, call an old friend and do something unusual? it it is that allows you to turn back time, do it today! We never lose our rhythm, we just put it away and forget sometimes, I still have one! Doing what is today to make you feel like a kid again. You'll be glad you did!
